ISO Certificates 

ISO certification certifies that a management system has all the requirements for standardization and quality assurance. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental, international organization that develops standards to ensure the quality, safety and efficiency of products, services and systems.

The certification ISO 9001:2015 refers to quality management. ISO 9001 is among ISO’s best-known standards, and it defines the criteria for meeting a number of quality management principles.

Impala agency implements and is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and  ISO 27001:2013  and has been accredited by IATA  as well.

IATA Accreditation 

Full IATA accreditation authorizes travel agents to sell international and  domestic tickets on behalf of IATA member airlines.
